2022년 디자인 & 이노베이션에서 비스트의 3가지 컴포넌트가 상을 받았습니다.

다양한 분야의 경험과 여러 원천기술을 가진 업체들과 협업하여 우수한 제품을 생산하다 보니 매년 좋은 결과를

보여주고 있습니다. 이번에 디자인 & 혁신 상으로 받은 3가지 컴포넌트는 아래와 같습니다.

비스트 컴포넌트 RX60

"For years, Beast Components have represented handmade carbon parts, made in Germany. This promise doesn’t just apply to the build of the RX60 wheel. The entirety of the carbon production is in Germany, meaning fair working conditions and a high safety standard. The wheels are very light at 1,467 g and use internal nipples for the best aerodynamics. The rims are compatible with both tubes and tubeless setups and are optimised for 25 to 28 mm tires which, in the eyes of the jury, represents a sensible width for high-performance use. Beast Components rely on proven DT Swiss 240 or 180 hubs, which score with their high-quality, durable design, as well as reasonable value for money. The high-quality construction, high-performance components and made in Germany manufacturing won our award jury over. "

비스트컴포넌트 - 플랫바 2.0

"The Flat Bar [2.0] from Beast Components is the ideal handlebar for anything from cross-country to trail bikes and is fully compatible with all brake clamps. The forces exerted by some of the latest brake lever clamps are ill-suited to the properties of carbon handlebars. The Flat Bar [2.0] accounts for this by resorting to a special polyester prepreg fleece in the relevant areas and an appropriate carbon layup that is better able to distribute the pressure. Together, these measures protect the handlebar from deforming, denting and, ultimately, failing. The handlebar can withstand brake clamp torques of up to 6 Nm, which is twice as much as ordinary carbon handlebars, so you can mount your brake levers safely and securely. As a result, if you prefer to torque up your brake, you'll have more confidence in your bike and the brakes stay where they belong. Despite all this, the handlebar is pleasantly compliant and exceptionally light nonetheless, weighing in at 172 g. As usual from Beast Components, the handlebars are handmade entirely in Germany and feature a top-notch finish. They come with a subtle black finish or an extravagant clear-coated carbon in a colour of your choice.“

비스트 컴포넌트 - 라이저바 2.0

"The Riser Bar [2.0] carbon handelbar from Beast Components is made for the toughest enduro tracks and downhill use, capable of holding its own where other carbon handlebars fail. Many brake levers on the market use narrow clamps that aren't perfectly round, concentrating the clamping forces on small surface areas. Designing the clamps this way leads to poor load distribution and can damage carbon handlebars by making dents. The Riser Bar [2.0] prevents this with a special polyester prepreg fleece and appropriate carbon layup. It can withstand up to 6 Nm torque on brake clamps, which is twice as much as an ordinary carbon handlebar can handle. As such, when you have to tighten your brake levers on the trail without a torque wrench, you won't easily run the risk of damaging the handlebar. Despite the increased durability, the Riser Bar remains in the flyweight category, topping the scales at just 174 to 234 g, depending on the model. The handlebars are handmade entirely in Germany and add a special touch to any bike with their perfect finish. They're available in a wide range of widths, a 31.8 or 35 mm diameter and 15, 25 or 35 mm rise. You're sure to find a Riser Bar that suits your needs."
